The sixth edition of TechInnovation concluded successfully, with over 3,900 participants from more than 40 countries in attendance, a 44% increase from last year’s turnout. This year’s exhibition floor saw over 160 exhibitors showcasing more than 400 enabling and ready-to-market technologies.

When food and technology meet 

 

Exhibitors at the Food Innovation Pavilion presented their innovations to tackle some of the challenges facing the food industry such as nutrition and food security. Alchemy Foodtech co-founder and Master Builder Alan Phua hopes to make the world a less diabetic place using food technology to protect consumers. Founder Ricky Lin of Life3 Biotech said he is looking at developing innovative food and beverages through the use of natural plant-based ingredients.
