Before TechInnovation 2024
Press Release
If you are launching a new product or technology at TechInnovation 2024, we encourage you to submit a press release via the Exhibitor Login page and copy our PR agency at techinnovation@pinpointpr.sg.
We recommend a concise press release that highlights what is new and unique about your product or technology, as this is most effective with the media.
You may upload a press release written in English to keep media and visitors informed of your company’s latest activities. All press release submissions will be distributed to TechInnovation 2024 media partners and consolidated and shared with the international trade media attending the event.
For guidance on writing a press release, we recommend using this guide. Be sure to supplement your release with high-resolution images and a video if available.
Editorials
Be quoted in editorials issued by TechInnovation 2024.We are seeking spokespersons who can provide insights and commentary on common trend topics for TechInnovation 2024. Here are some editorial examples. If you would like to participate in a brief interview, please email your biography and talking points to techinnovation@pinpointpr.sg.
Videos
You may submit a video if you would like your spokesperson to contribute to a trend topic. We will share the video and distribute it to our media partners. To express your interest, please email techinnovation@pinpointpr.sg.
Social Media
Utilise our Social Media campaign. If your company is active on social media, please like or follow our accounts and tag your posts with TechInnovation 2024 on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Onsite Publicity
Media Interviews
Media representatives will be attending TechInnovation 2024 and may express interest in covering your company, as well as the products or technology you exhibit. These opportunities often arise spontaneously as media personnel navigate the exhibition. Our PR team is actively promoting TechInnovation 2024 to the media, and some media outlets may request interviews with your company spokespersons prior to the event. Please register your interest in interviews and be prepared to respond to any requests. This is a valuable opportunity to publicly share information about your company’s activities.
Spokesperson
Our PR team is seeking your feedback on TechInnovation 2024. We are interested in learning about your experience at the tradeshow. Please be prepared to share your impressions of the event and provide us with your name, designation, company name, and permission to be quoted in media and marketing materials for TechInnovation 2024.
Press Kit
It is advisable to prepare a 'press kit' containing information about your company for media representatives. We recommend having press kits printed in advance for distribution to media who visit your booth during TechInnovation 2024.
A simple folder to organise the materials will be adequate. Please consider including the following items in your press kit:
